About Our Services. Honor Air and Refrigeration offers HVAC Installation, HVAC Replacement, HVAC Repair, Air Quality Improvement. The information on this Site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Honor Air and Refrigeration makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Honor Air and Refrigeration's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Honor Air and Refrigeration against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
