Seth’s professional service was amazing. He immediately came to my house and gave an estimate on what was needed and we discussed the options and details of service to give the best airflow to the ac unit. He gave me a written list of everything he planned to accomplish in two days including ductwork modifications. The photos show the extent of his work in the attic and the unit we purchased. With 104-107 degrees outside, it’s a miracle he was able to work on it at all. But that’s all part of the hot summer season for Honor Air and Refrigeration. I look forward in seeing him for maintenance on the unit and sharing with him how wonderful it is to be able to change the temperature on the thermostat on my phone when I’m away from the house.

Seth is a professional, articulate, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thoughtful HVAC and Refrigeration technician. He listened to all of our needs and wants, and diligently planned out the perfect combination of tonnage with the two mini split systems that fit best for us in our new build. Not only that, but he works cleanly and doesn't leave a big mess; that's such a perk because it is rare! He is honest and considerate and never once tried to convince us to get a system that we didn't need, just to make a buck. I have and will continue to recommend Seth Jezek and Honor Air and Refrigeration to all of my family and friends! My old AC guy had been trying to keep my AC alive for years. But it got to the point that he was coming out pretty much every month. Then he disappeared on me. So Seth came out and took a look. He walked me through everything- the good, the bad, and the ugly. It was clearly not trying to just take me for every penny I had, but was actually trying to find most economical but effective route to fix my AC. Along other things, it turned out that some of the ductwork was pinched, so he fixed that, and it's so much quieter! I ended up replacing it. Seth installed it. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He even cleaned up after himself before he left. I haven't had any problems with my AC since!

Seth did a great job! Our a/c wasn’t keeping up and had been constantly running for the last week or so. Explained everything before doing any work and caught another issue we didn’t know about. Had a contractor come out to check our unit because our ac wasn’t working at all. He said it was the txv valve but said it was 2 months out if he ordered it. 2 months is way to long to wait especially in the middle of summer. I called up Seth he did a diagnostic on the unit confirmed that it was the txv valve and had it ordered and installed within 2 days and had it running in 2 hours within installation!! Highly recommend him for any HVAC work!!

Seth does great work. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He was quickly able to diagnosing pinpoint several problems with our AC system and get them resolved. His prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him for anyone that has AC or heating issues with their units.
